• The first two Cy-Fair H&G Shows were a rousing success with an average of 5,500 show attendees. Expected attendance for 2010 is 5500-7500.
• 95.1% of show attendees are homeowners (almost 20% higher than the national average for home & garden shows)
• 94% of show attendees said the 2009 show either met or exceeded their expectations
• More than 75% of show attendees have a household income of $75,000 or greater
• The show is held at the magnificent $70 million-dollar brand new Berry Center at Barker-Cypress and West Rd
• The Cy-Fair ISD is the 3rd Largest School District in the State of Texas
• Cy-Fair area population is projected to be 753,881 by 2009.
• 83% of show attendees are 40 plus years old
• 62% of show attendees have owned their home for 5 yrs. or longer

• Cy-Fair I.S.D. area (roughly Hwy 249 on northeast to I-10)
• Northwest Houston and West Houston
• Special emphasis on upscale zip codes: 77429, 77433, 77094, 77095, 77070, 77041, 77064, 77449 (these comprise eight of the top fifty most prestigious zip codes in the Houston area which has over 200 zips)
• 77429 zip ranks #50 on the list of top 100 income zips in the U.S.
• Show hours are 9am-7pm on Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday
• Show admission fee is $9 and $7 for seniors
• Free Parking with an abundance of parking spaces for show attendees
• This is an annual show – held once a year only
