When our company president, Bob Monroe, says, “Our job is not complete until you are smiling,” he means it.


In 1989, Bob Monroe decided to go into business for himself, and AirPro was born.

Bob wanted his company to provide customers with service that was honest, dependable and reasonable.  He took the Houston area by storm, and AirPro continues to grow each year by giving our customers the very best service on each visit, just like we did the first day we opened our doors.

To achieve this quality standard, AirPro requires all of our technicians to be NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified.  NATE-certified technicians are skilled professionals who have proven their knowledge in the HVAC industry by passing specialized NATE certification tests.  In order to maintain this certification, technicians must participate in continuing education courses each year.

Additionally, AirPro must attain a 90% rating with American Standard to continue our Quality Care dealer status.  We receive specialized training from American Standard to learn their requirements for equipment installation.  Not only does AirPro follow-up with each customer following the service call, but American Standard does as well.
